The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in the Program presented by Z Media, Inc. ("Company"). Please read these Terms of Enrollment carefully. By visiting and using the Program Portal/Membership Site you agree that your use of our Site, participation in our Program, and use of Program materials is governed by the following terms and conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Program Selection:
THE INSTANT EMPIRE LITE™ ("Program") is a self-paced version of the Instant Empire System™, an AI-powered business building system designed for coaches, consultants, and online experts. Instant Empire Lite provides the proprietary AI prompts, implementation training, and supporting resources to help participants create marketing assets, build client acquisition systems, and grow their businesses, without the live coaching, community, or one-on-one components included in the full Instant Empire program.
The Program includes:
• The Instant Empire System™ AI prompt library (lifetime access);
• Video tutorials and walkthroughs (lifetime access);
• Pre-recorded training modules covering strategy and implementation (lifetime access);
• Done-for-you funnels and templates (lifetime access);
• Bonus materials and resources as described at checkout, excluding any bonuses that specifically require live coaching, community, or one-on-one access.
What Instant Empire Lite Does NOT Include:
Instant Empire Lite does not include access to live group coaching calls, the coaching community at community.jointyson.com, or one-on-one strategy calls. These deliverables are available exclusively in the full Instant Empire program and may be added by upgrading as described in the "90-Day Upgrade Option" section below.
The specific components and bonus materials included in your enrollment are as described on the sales page and checkout page at the time of purchase, and confirmed in your enrollment confirmation email.
Term:
Your access to the Instant Empire System™ AI prompts, training modules, video tutorials, done-for-you funnels, and other core digital materials is granted for the lifetime of the Program.
"Lifetime" refers to the duration for which the Company continues to offer this specific Program in its current format. While the Company may update, enhance, or revise elements of the Program from time to time, it reserves the right to retire or discontinue the Program at its discretion.
90-Day Upgrade Option:
For ninety (90) calendar days following your initial Instant Empire Lite enrollment date, you may elect to upgrade to the full Instant Empire program by paying the difference between the full Instant Empire price and the total amount you have paid toward Instant Empire Lite at the time of upgrade. The upgrade fee is a single, one-time payment charged at the time of upgrade. No payment plans are available for the upgrade. See the "Fees" section below for upgrade fee calculations under each payment option.
If you elect to upgrade while a Lite payment plan installment is still outstanding, you must either pay all remaining Lite installments in full at the time of upgrade, or pay the full upgrade fee that brings your combined Lite-plus-upgrade payments to the pay-in-full price of the full Instant Empire offer with coaching included.
What the Upgrade Adds:
Upon successful payment of the upgrade fee, you will receive:
• Eight (8) consecutive weeks of access to the live group coaching call, held Wednesdays at 2:00 PM Eastern Time via Zoom;
• Eight (8) consecutive weeks of access to the coaching community at community.jointyson.com;
• One (1) Onboarding Call (30 minutes) with a member of our team to review your situation, identify your starting point, and map out your action plan;
• One (1) Follow-Up Strategy Call (30 minutes), available to schedule after you have completed at least half of your coaching term, to assess your progress, identify gaps, and plan your next steps;
• Any bonuses associated with the full Instant Empire program that were not included in your original Instant Empire Lite enrollment.
Coaching Term Start Date:
At the time you upgrade, you may choose whether your eight (8)-week coaching term and community access begins (a) immediately on the upgrade date, or (b) on the start date of the next scheduled cohort. Your coaching term and community access will run for eight (8) consecutive weeks from the chosen start date, even if that period extends beyond the end of the original 90-day upgrade window.
The coaching term and associated deliverables provided through the upgrade cannot be paused, deferred, extended, or transferred to a different time period for any reason once your chosen start date has been set. The 1:1 calls described above must be scheduled and completed within your 8-week coaching term and cannot be carried forward or redeemed after your coaching term concludes.
Expiration of the Upgrade Option:
If you do not elect to upgrade within the 90-day upgrade window, the upgrade option expires. After expiration, you may not apply your Instant Empire Lite payment(s) toward the cost of the full Instant Empire program. To gain access to the coaching, community, and one-on-one components after the upgrade window has closed, you must purchase the full Instant Empire program at the then-current standard price, which as of the date of these Terms is $7,500 USD and which the Company reserves the right to change at any time.
Scheduling and Use of Coaching Period (Upon Upgrade):
If you elect to upgrade, the coaching deliverables described above are available exclusively during your 8-week coaching term. These services are time-sensitive and must be utilized during this window. They cannot be paused, deferred, extended, or transferred to a different time period for any reason.
Clients are strongly encouraged to upgrade only when they can fully commit to participating during the scheduled coaching term. By upgrading, you acknowledge that Z Media, Inc. allocates specific time, resources, and personnel to support your participation during this coaching window. This exclusive commitment limits the Company's capacity to serve other clients during your term. As such, any requests to adjust, reschedule, or extend your coaching term beyond the agreed-upon dates will not be accommodated.
Participation and Timeline Expectations:
Once enrolled, you are responsible for initiating your participation in the Program. Z Media, Inc. does not proactively reach out to prompt activity or attendance. If you have upgraded, support and coaching are fully available and accessible throughout your coaching term, and you may request assistance at any time by posting in the coaching community or by attending the weekly live coaching calls.
Following the conclusion of your coaching term (if applicable) and full payment of all Program Fees, you will retain lifetime access to all recorded video content, AI prompts, and course resources. However, access to the live support community and coaching sessions will end when your coaching term concludes.
The Company may share example timelines or estimated milestones during enrollment, such as the ability to create marketing assets within days or attract clients within weeks. These timelines are illustrative only and not guarantees. Your progress depends on multiple factors, including your prior experience, capacity to implement, technical skills, and willingness to follow recommendations.
Important: Your decision to access, delay, or forgo use of the materials in part or in full does not alter your payment obligations, eligibility for bonuses, or the enforcement of this agreement. Delivery of digital access constitutes fulfillment of our obligation, and it is your responsibility to take action. Claims based on non-consumption or inactivity are not grounds for refunds or disputes.
We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, COMPANY may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if: you become disruptive or difficult to work with; you fail to follow the program guidelines; or you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s).
Note on Program Title:
The name "Instant Empire System" reflects the speed at which the AI prompts can generate professional marketing assets—work that traditionally takes weeks or months can often be completed in hours or days. However, the word "instant" refers to the efficiency of asset creation, not the timeline for building a profitable business.
While the prompts accelerate the creation of offers, sales pages, webinars, ads, and other materials, your business results depend on your implementation, market conditions, effort, and many other factors. The Program is designed for rapid implementation, but completion timelines and business outcomes will vary based on your unique situation.
Program Access and Logistics:
Your access to Program materials will begin immediately upon successful collection of payment. Instant Empire Lite is delivered via the Learning Platform at learn.jointyson.com, which contains the Instant Empire System™ AI prompts, video tutorials, and supplemental training materials.
If you elect to upgrade, you will additionally receive access to the Community Platform at community.jointyson.com, which contains the support community, coaching call schedule and Zoom links, and supplemental resources including the FAQ library.
You will receive an email containing access credentials. If you do not receive access emails within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact support at [email protected].
You are responsible for accessing the platform(s) using the same email address used at checkout. The Company may migrate content between platforms at its discretion to improve user experience. In such cases, you will be notified of any changes to access procedures.
Program Format, Resources, and Scope of Support:
Instant Empire Lite is a self-paced experience combining proprietary AI prompts, pre-recorded video training, and digital templates to help you create marketing assets and implement client acquisition strategies on your own.
Program resources include:
• Proprietary AI prompts designed to generate marketing assets (offers, sales pages, webinars, ads, emails, etc.);
• Video tutorials and walkthroughs demonstrating prompt usage and implementation;
• Pre-recorded training modules covering strategy and implementation;
• Done-for-you funnel templates.
Upon upgrading, you additionally gain:
• Weekly group coaching calls held on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM Eastern Time via Zoom (during your 8-week coaching term);
• Messaging-based support inside the coaching community (during your 8-week community access period);
• Two one-on-one strategy calls (Onboarding Call and Follow-Up Strategy Call) as described in the "90-Day Upgrade Option" section above.
Educational materials are divided into "Core Content" and "Optional Content." You may consume different amounts of content based on your prior experience, specific business model, or individual goals. Clients are encouraged to move at a pace appropriate to their unique needs, provided that any participation in coaching deliverables (upon upgrade) remains within the bounds of the 8-week coaching term.
AI Tools and Software Disclaimer:
Instant Empire Lite includes proprietary AI prompts designed for use with third-party AI platforms such as Claude (by Anthropic) or ChatGPT (by OpenAI). By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Third-party AI tools are required to use the prompts. The Company does not own, operate, or control these platforms.
2. Free versions are available but may have limitations. Both Claude and ChatGPT offer free versions that are generally sufficient for using the prompts. However, free versions may have restrictions on usage limits, speed, or features. Whether you choose to upgrade to a paid version depends on your individual needs and whether you find the free version's restrictions too limiting for your particular situation.
3. Third-party platforms may change at any time. These platforms may change their features, pricing, terms of service, or availability without notice. The Company is not responsible for changes made by these platforms.
4. AI outputs may vary. AI-generated outputs may vary based on the platform used, your inputs, and other factors. All AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited by you before use.
5. Prompts are optimized as of enrollment date. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to update prompts if significant platform changes occur, we do not guarantee perpetual compatibility with all future AI platform updates.
6. You are responsible for third-party terms. Your use of third-party AI platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
Additional Tools and Software: The Program may recommend additional third-party tools such as GoHighLevel (for funnels and automation), Ideogram (for AI image generation), and other software. While these tools can accelerate your implementation and results, most are optional unless specifically stated otherwise. Some tools offer free versions or trial periods with limitations; whether you choose to use paid versions depends on your individual needs. We provide templates designed for GoHighLevel, but you may rebuild the concepts in alternative platforms if you prefer. Any tool recommendations are provided to help you move faster—not because they are strictly required for success.
The Company provides the prompts, training, and guidance on how to use them effectively. The actual generation of content occurs on third-party platforms outside our control. This does not diminish the value of the prompt engineering, frameworks, and strategic guidance provided in the Program.
Content:
Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual.
All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all teaching manuals, all teaching aids, all supplements, AI prompts, and the like that have been or will be made available by Company or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, (collectively, the "Program Materials") are for personal use in or in conjunction with this training program only.
Program content is for personal use only, and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Company, or its designated agent.
The information contained in Program Materials is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.
We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program Materials.
User names and passwords may not be shared with any third-parties. Your Program access is for a single user only. Any violation of Company's policies regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.
Legacy Branding:
The Program and its associated training materials may contain references to previous program names, legacy branding, or internal labels that differ from current marketing. All content described and sold as part of your enrollment is delivered in full, regardless of any naming variations that may appear within the training platforms.
Bonus Access:
Any bonus materials described during the enrollment process are fully included in the Program (excluding any bonuses that specifically require live coaching, community, or one-on-one access, which are reserved for participants in the full Instant Empire program or those who elect to upgrade). However, these materials may not appear inside the training platforms under the exact marketing names used during the sales process. In many cases, bonuses are integrated directly into relevant training sessions or delivered as standalone resources within the learning platform.
The absence of a separate "Bonus" tab or identically named content does not indicate missing materials. All components promoted as part of your enrollment—including core content, tools, strategies, and bonuses—are fully included and delivered as described, though exact naming, format, and presentation may vary within the training environment.
Privacy & Confidentiality (Applicable Upon Upgrade):
If you elect to upgrade and gain access to the coaching community, the following terms apply.
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants.
We respect your confidential and proprietary information — ideas, plans, and trade secrets (collectively, "Confidential Information") — and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company.
Thus, you agree:
• not to infringe any Program participants' or the Company's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights;
• that any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company;
• not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions;
• that all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, and belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company;
• the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited;
• that if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
While you are free to discuss your personal results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.
Testimonial & Content Release (Applicable Upon Upgrade):
By participating in any live coaching calls, trainings, workshops, or community discussions inside the Program (upon upgrade), you understand that any success stories, feedback, written examples, or verbal contributions you voluntarily share may be recorded or collected and used by the Company for future training, marketing, or promotional purposes—including social proof, testimonials, or case studies—without additional compensation or permission.
If you wish to opt out of having a specific example shared publicly, you may request this in writing at any time by contacting [email protected].
Fees:
Instant Empire Lite Enrollment Fee: Your Program Fee for Instant Empire Lite is offered in two payment options:
• Pay in Full: One payment, charged in full at the time of enrollment.
• Payment Plan: Two (2) installments. The first installment is charged at the time of enrollment, and the second installment is charged automatically thirty (30) days later.
You will receive immediate, full access to all Instant Empire Lite Program materials upon successful collection of your first payment, regardless of which payment option you select.
IMPORTANT: Payment plans are not subscriptions. By selecting the payment plan, you agree to pay all installments in full. Payment plans cannot be cancelled, paused, or modified. You remain legally and financially responsible for the full Program Fee regardless of your continued participation in or use of the Program.
Upgrade Fee (If Elected): If you elect to upgrade to the full Instant Empire program within the 90-day upgrade window, the upgrade fee will be charged as a single one-time payment at the time of upgrade. No payment plans are available for the upgrade. The upgrade fee equals the full Instant Empire price minus the total amount you have already paid toward Instant Empire Lite at the time of upgrade.
In all cases, the total amount you pay between Instant Empire Lite and the upgrade equals the full Instant Empire price. If you elect to upgrade while a Lite installment is still outstanding, you must either pay all remaining Lite installments in full at the time of upgrade, or pay the full upgrade fee as calculated to bring your total to the full pay-in-full price for Instant Empire.
Promotional pricing (including but not limited to challenge-based enrollment, founding member pricing, or limited-time offers) is only valid during the specified promotional window and cannot be applied retroactively or honored after expiration.
You authorize Z Media, Inc. to charge the payment method on file for the Instant Empire Lite enrollment fee, any payment plan installments, and (if elected) for the upgrade fee. You agree to keep this payment information current throughout the duration of any payment plan.
Failed Payments:
If any payment charged to your account is declined, charged back, returned, or reversed for any reason, your access to all program materials, bonuses, and (if applicable) community and coaching access will be immediately suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
There is no grace period for continued access. The system is automated, and all failed payment attempts result in automatic lockout. Once the outstanding payment is successfully collected, access will be reinstated.
If the outstanding balance remains unpaid, your enrollment may be permanently revoked, and the matter may be referred to a third-party recovery service or collections agency.
You authorize the Company to continue attempting to collect any unpaid amounts by initiating smaller or partial charges to the card(s) on file until the full balance is recovered.
Refunds:
Due to the digital nature of the Program and the immediate access granted to proprietary AI prompts, training materials, and other intellectual property upon enrollment, all payments—including the Instant Empire Lite enrollment fee, all payment plan installments, and any upgrade fee—are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
If you selected the payment plan, you remain legally and financially responsible for all remaining installments regardless of whether you continue participating in the Program, regardless of your continued access to the materials, and regardless of any decision to upgrade or not upgrade.
This strict policy exists because:
1. Immediate access to proprietary content. The AI prompts and training materials are immediately accessible upon enrollment. Unlike physical products, digital intellectual property cannot be "returned."
2. Extensive development investment. Significant resources, development, and expertise have been invested in creating the prompt library and training systems you receive access to.
3. Resource allocation. If you elect to upgrade, personnel and resources are allocated specifically for your participation during your upgraded coaching term.
Your decision to access, delay, or forgo use of the materials—in part or in full—does not alter your payment obligations or eligibility for a refund. Delivery of digital access constitutes fulfillment of our obligation. Claims based on non-consumption, change of mind, dissatisfaction, or failure to achieve specific results are not grounds for refunds.
By enrolling, you waive any right to file a dispute with your credit card provider, payment processor, or financial institution regarding amounts paid or owed for the Program.
Any concerns or grievances should be submitted only through email to [email protected]. Public posts, community discussions, and coaching calls are not appropriate venues for refund requests or complaints.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
By enrolling in this Program, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and waive your right to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card provider, or financial institution.
Attempting to bypass the agreed-upon terms by initiating a chargeback will result in immediate suspension of your Program access and will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
If a chargeback is initiated:
• Your access to all course materials, prompts, bonuses, and (if applicable) community resources will be immediately revoked.
• The Company reserves the right to recover the disputed amount through a third-party collections agency.
• A non-refundable $100 administrative fee per chargeback attempt (including per installment and any pre-arbitration appeal) will be assessed and charged once the ruling comes back in the Company's favor.
No additional time or compensation will be granted for any lost access during the dispute period.
Community Access (Applicable Upon Upgrade):
If you elect to upgrade and your enrollment then includes access to the coaching community at community.jointyson.com, your access period shall be eight (8) consecutive weeks beginning on the start date you select at the time of upgrade.
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative learning environment. You agree to participate in the community in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in your removal from the community and/or the Program without refund.
Following the conclusion of your community access period (and full payment of any outstanding Program Fee balance), you will retain lifetime access to the Instant Empire System™ prompts and recorded training materials. However, access to the live support community, coaching call schedule, and live Zoom sessions will end when your access period concludes.
Limitation of Liability:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL Z MEDIA, INC., ITS SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, INCLUDING OUR MESSAGING, BLOGS, COMMENTS OF OTHERS, BOOKS, EMAILS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE OR BY US IN ANY WAY, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, our liability and the liability of our subsidiary and parent companies or affiliates is limited to the fullest extent permitted by such state law.)
You specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with the site, any materials, products, or services on the site, or with any of the site's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site and the products, services and/or materials.
This site is continually under development and Company makes no warranty of any kind, implied or express, as to its accuracy, completeness or appropriateness for any purpose.
The Program, Program Materials and Site exist for educational purposes only, and the materials and information contained therein are for general informational purposes only. With regard to business-related content contained therein: neither Company nor its owners, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, content providers or agents are financial advisors, or a legal, compliance, financial, tax, or accounting advisory service, and nothing contained in the Program, Program Materials or Site is intended to be or to be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice.
The information contained in the Program, Program Materials and Site is based on sources and information reasonably believed to be accurate as of the time it was recorded or created. However, this material deals with topics that are constantly evolving and are subject to ongoing changes related to technology, the marketplace, and legal and compliance issues. Therefore, the completeness and current accuracy of the Program, Program Materials or Site cannot be guaranteed.
Any case studies, examples, illustrations, or testimonials cannot guarantee that you will achieve similar results. In fact, your results may vary significantly and factors such as your market, personal effort, and many other circumstances may and will cause results to vary.
Your use of the information contained herein is at your own risk. Any and all claims or representations as to income earnings in the Program, Program Materials, or Site are not to be considered as average earnings. There can be no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, as to income earnings, can be used as an indication of your future success or results.
Monetary and income results are based on many factors. Company has no way of knowing how well you will do, as it does not know you, your background, your work ethic, or your business skills or practices. Therefore, Company does not guarantee or imply that you will get rich, that you will do as well, or that you will make any money at all. If you rely upon figures provided in the Program, Program Materials or Site, you must accept the risk of not doing as well.
Company reserves the right to update, modify, or retire any portion of the Program or Program Materials at its discretion without obligation to notify or compensate the user.
License:
Your use of, and access to the Program Materials is on a licensed basis. In that regard, Company hereby grants to you, and you hereby accept, the non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right, license and privilege to use (but not sublicense) the Program Materials during the Term.
You agree to:
(a) constantly use your best efforts in the use of the Program Materials in a way to protect the good name and goodwill associated with the Program Material and Company;
(b) not to attack the title of Company in and to the Program Material nor attack the validity of the license granted hereunder;
(c) not harm, misuse or bring into disrepute the Program Material and Company, but to the contrary, will maintain the value and reputation thereof to the best of your ability;
(d) at all times comply with all applicable government laws and regulations, and all voluntary industry standards relating or pertaining to the use of the Programs and Materials, and shall maintain appropriate customary high-quality standards. You shall also abide by Company's suggestions and specifications regarding quality control over the use of the Program Material.
The license granted herein does not grant you any right, title or interest, at law or in equity, in or to any of Company's trademarks, service marks, copyrights, copyrighted material, or any derivative uses thereof, or the name, likeness or image of any Company personnel, or trade secrets or other rights or intellectual property of any kind, except as provided by said license. Further, such license applies only to those Program Materials designated herein. You shall not represent to others, or conduct yourself in any manner that might indicate to others, that you possess any other legal or equitable rights in our Program Materials, trademarks, copyrighted materials, trade secrets or other rights or intellectual property of any kind other than by virtue of the license granted hereunder.
Company shall have the right to approve all uses of the Program Material or derivative uses thereof.
Company shall have and hereby reserves all rights and remedies which it has, or which are granted to it by operation of law, to enjoin the unlawful or unauthorized use of the Program Material (any of which injunctive relief may be sought in the courts, and also may be sought prior to or in lieu of termination), and to be compensated for damages for breach of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Company gives no warranties with respect to any aspect of the Program or any materials related thereto or offered in conjunction with the Program and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability.
Participant accepts and agrees that he/she is fully responsible for his/her progress and results and that Company offers no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding Participant's future earnings, business profit, marketing performance, customer growth, or results of any kind.
The Company does not guarantee that Participant will achieve any results using any of the ideas, tools, strategies, AI prompts, or recommendations presented in the Program, and nothing in the Program is a promise or guarantee of such results.
Acknowledgment of Risk, Indemnification & Client Responsibility:
Although Z Media, Inc. is confident in the value and efficacy of the Program, the Company does not guarantee specific results. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that testimonials or examples shared by the Company or its clients are not to be interpreted as typical results.
You understand and agree that your success in the Program depends primarily on your own effort, commitment, ability to implement, and willingness to follow through. Your results will vary based on your personal capabilities, experience, skills, work ethic, market conditions, time invested, and numerous other variables beyond the Company's control.
Any case studies, earnings figures, or testimonials are provided for illustrative purposes only. You assume all risk associated with relying on such information, and you agree that only funds designated as risk capital should be used to invest in this Program.
You further acknowledge that, like any business endeavor, participation in the Program involves a degree of risk. You may experience financial loss, including but not limited to, the funds used to purchase the Program, tools, advertising, or other resources related to your business efforts. There is no guarantee that you will earn income or achieve any specific business outcome.
In no event shall Z Media, Inc., or any of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities. You acknowledge that no individual associated with Z Media, Inc. shall have any personal liability under this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Z Media, Inc. from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in the Program or your own acts or omissions during or after the Term of this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution:
All disputes arising under or concerning this Agreement are to be submitted to binding arbitration in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, to be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri.
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.

By checking the box at enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and that this digital acknowledgment constitutes a valid and binding signature under applicable law.
